Enngonia needs Council help

Residents of the Enngonia want Bourke Council’s help to maintain much-needed facilities in the village.

That was the main message from a community consultation hosted by Council at Enngonia’s War Memorial Hall on Wednesday.

After hearing reports from Council officers, local residents asked for improvements to their water supply, more seating and water at the cemetery, an upgrade for the town hall, sprinklers at the oval, and assistance in making the walkway from the school to Clara Hart Village safe for children.
