Bourke Mayor Barry Hollman is calling for people to wait until the ‘big reveal’ before deciding on the merits of the main street upgrade.

While opinions differ on whether the changes will improve the CBD, Mayor Hollman said he is confident the finished renovation will transform the centre of town.

“I can’t give a finish date but what I can say is that the workers are on time,” he said.
