Fire at the IGA

About 9pm Tuesday, police were informed of a large fire in the loading dock at the IGA supermarket. Police, NSW Fire and Rescue and Rural Fire Service volunteers attended and brought the blaze under control. No one was injured, but considerable amount of damage was caused to the building. It appears that numerous bales of cardboard in the loading dock area had been set alight. This follows a similar incident which occurred on the 28th of September. Investigations are continuing by police who said two young people are assisting them with their inquiries.
